How It Works
Annual dues are $30, payable by credit card. Membership runs for one year from the date you join, and you’ll receive renewal reminders by email before your membership lapses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own a telescope?
Not at all. Many of our members started without one, and our public star parties are deliberately set up so that beginners can look through other members’ scopes and learn what to buy (and what not to buy) before spending a dollar.
Can my family join?
Family memberships cover everyone in your household at the same address. If a family-level option isn’t shown above, please contact us and we’ll get you set up.
How do I cancel or renew?
Visit your member account at any time to renew, cancel, or update your billing information. We’ll also email you before your membership expires.
Is the ASN a 501(c)(3)?
